Course Description

This teaches the individual sound knowledge of industry operations and a broad range of managerial skills to co-ordinate hospitality operations. Hospitality workers operate independently, they have responsibility for others and make a range of operational business decisions.

What are the entry requirements?

There are no mandatory requirements to enter into this course. However, having completed Year 12, holding a Certificate IV or holding work experience in the field will be an added benefit to get into this course.

How long will this course take me to complete?

The duration of the course is 52 weeks with vocational placement. You will be required to complete 240 work placement hours.

How will you be assessed?

You will be assessed through quizzes, activities, case study material and work placement assessment.
