Course Description

This Course prepares the graduate for the role of an early childhood educator who is responsible for designing and implementing curriculum in early childhood education and care services.

In doing so they work to implement an approved learning framework within the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Regulations to the National Quality Standard.

What are the entry requirements?

There are no mandatory requirements to enter into this course. However, having completed Year 12, holding a Certificate IV or having work experience in the field will be an added benefit to get into this course.

How long will this course take me to complete?

The duration of the course is 52 weeks with vocational placement. You will be required to complete 240 work placement hours.

How will you be assessed?

You will be assessed through quizzes, activities, case study material and work placement assessment.
